Most of these tests can be carried out in your home, although some blood tests require you to come to the clinic. Samples are sent directly to the laboratory, and the results are usually available within 1-3 weeks. Your test results will be explained to you in person together with any further recommendations such as herbs, nutritional supplements or other therapies. In many cases, we recommend a re-test after a number of months to check on your progress.
